We ship worldwide. Most orders arrive within 10–20 business days, including processing and delivery, and every order is tracked.

Processing and delivery
Each order is prepared after payment, which usually takes a few business days, longer for personalised items with names, numbers or patches. Delivery then depends on your destination and local carrier. Times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons, public holidays or customs checks.
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as the parcel is dispatched. You can follow it on the order tracking page. Tracking may take a few days to show the first updates.
Customs and import taxes
Prices do not include import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by your country. If they apply, they are the buyer's responsibility and are usually collected by the carrier on delivery. Parcels refused because of customs charges cannot be refunded.
Address and delivery issues
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email support@jerzino.com right away. If your parcel has not arrived after 30 business days, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
